Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free on all orders to AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX.
To other states, there is a $90 delivery fee.

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Standard delivery takes 2–8 business days, except for remote areas or during adverse conditions.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it’s provided by the carrier.

We currently do not offer international shipping, nor to Alaska or Puerto Rico.

Important Information

Orders may be shipped on a wooden pallet.
Please ensure your delivery location can accommodate this type of delivery.

Deliveries are curbside or front-door only; we do not provide inside delivery services.

Deliveries will occur with prior notice.

Address changes cannot be made once an order is confirmed.

For apartments or condos, deliveries will be made to the front desk when available, or outside the main entrance otherwise.
