Returns of Damaged Deliveries or Defective Products


If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request assistance.

Products returned without a Return Authorization (RA) issued by our Customer Service team will not be accepted.

If our team verifies that the damage or defect does not compromise product safety, Home Affair, LLC reserves the right to provide replacement parts instead of approving a full return, refund, or exchange.

Partial refunds or any other form of compensation will only be issued if the customer chooses to keep the product as is, instead of receiving replacement parts.

Returns Due to Reconsideration or Dissatisfaction

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return or exchange.

Returns in cases of reconsideration or dissatisfaction will only be accepted under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging, including all parts, assembly instructions, and hardware.

Products returned without a Return Authorization (RA) previously issued by our Customer Service department will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to the delivery location provided by Home Affair, LLC.

If the return is approved, our team will issue Return Labels for you to ship the boxes back to us.
Once received, the items will undergo inspection by our team. If all conditions above are met, a refund will be issued for the purchase price minus shipping.

If the return does not meet the requirements, Home Affair, LLC reserves the right to refuse the return or refund.

Home Affair, LLC is not responsible for damaged or lost returned shipments.
We strongly recommend using shipping with tracking and insurance.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receipt and inform us of the new product(s) you wish to receive.

Exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging, including all parts, assembly instructions, and hardware.

The new product(s) must be of equal or higher value than the original order (shipping costs not included).

Orders received without a Return Authorization (RA) previously issued by our Customer Service department will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs: sending the original item(s) back to our warehouse and shipping the new order to the delivery address.

If the return is approved, our team will send Return Labels so you can ship the boxes back to us.

Once received and inspected, if the conditions above are met, the new order will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

If the returned item does not meet the stated requirements, Home Affair, LLC reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.

Home Affair, LLC is not responsible for damaged or lost returned shipments. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for your protection.
